Green and Sustainable Building Practices

At Webnash Design Build, our highest priority is to have an overall positive impact on our planet and our community. We constantly strive to find ways to leave a small footprint and create the most beauty and utility than we can within that footprint. Some ways that this plays out for us are:
1-    Through comprehensive design, use the smallest possible amount of sustainable harvest wood and use engineered composites where possible.
2-    Aggressively control waste on jobsites
3-    Design spaces that pose minimum toxicity to occupants
4-    Design and build smarter and smaller
5-    Use solar, wind, and geothermal
6-    Be judicious in use of concrete
7-    Carefully balance insulation and ventilation

This "little house" incorporates many elements of the Webnash Design-Build process. It is a multi-use building, thereby making the best possible use of resources, and it is solar powered.
